We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Advisor Client Service Delivery to join a small, dynamic team.

About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

Reporting to the General Manager, Client Service Delivery, you will provide technical, operational and analytical advice and support on key work programmes.

 

As the Senior Advisor Client Service Delivery, you will:

 

•    Lead and support the development of high-quality strategic advice and analysis
•    Analyse, review and recommend options for the planning and implementation of our delivery of services
•    Analyse and interpret operational and statistical information and reports, forecasts and formulate strategies and measures to ensure employment resources are effectively maximised
•    Provide risk advice and support, identifying issues that may impact on work programmes and delivery
•    Provide advice and support on projects to improve end to end client service delivery
•    Work with the team to deliver quality work to tight deadlines
•    Work with key internal and external stakeholders on development of operational changes and investment

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

You will have:


•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports to a high standard
•    Proven analytical and reporting skills
•    Track record in planning and successfully delivering projects on time with tangible results
•    Have a based understanding of employment, with the ability to communicate with regional and national employment teams
•    Understand the machinery of government, in particular the budget process as well as managing budget sensitive information.
•    Excellent Relationship management skills with the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships both externally and internally, and the ability to engage and influence at all levels
•    Understand at an entry level employment contracting, and be able to communicate and facilitate national contracting requirements and expectations

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $103,815.00 - $125,958.00
