About the role | Mō te tūnga:
The Manager Client Service Delivery is accountable for leading frontline service delivery at the Kaitaia site, ensuring consistent, high-quality, client-centred outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee site operations, workforce performance, and daily service demand — including client flow, case management delivery, and service standards. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role, supporting your team in real time and maintaining a strong presence in the service environment.
You will lead through others — setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering outcomes for whānau. As part of the regional leadership team, you will contribute to integrated service delivery across Te Tai Tokerau, working collaboratively to respond to regional priorities and community needs. - Demonstrated leadership in a frontline service environment
- Strong focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience leading through change and implementing priorities
- Confident coaching, developing and supporting team performance
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to apply a Te Ao Māori lens, supporting MSD commitments under Te Tiriti o Waitangi
You lead from the front, maintain visibility, and foster a culture focused on client outcomes, team capability, and operational excellence.

- Lead and manage frontline service delivery operations at the Kaitaia site
- Drive consistent delivery of client-centred services
- Coach and develop team performance
- Lead service improvements and optimise site operations
- Build partnerships with local agencies and community providers
- Contribute to regional leadership priorities and integrated service delivery

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $122,381.00 - $152,296.00
Salary aligned to experience, capability, and leadership impact.
