We are seeking a Recruitment Facilitator to join the Jobs and Skills Hub team in Hawke’s Bay, with a strong focus on industry engagement and job matching across the construction and infrastructure sector.

 

Jobs and Skills Hubs support employers to access local talent while helping job seekers connect with sustainable employment opportunities. This role works closely with employers, contractors, and project partners to identify job opportunities and match suitable candidates into those roles.

What we’re looking for

 

  • Experience in recruitment, employment services, or industry engagement
  • Strong networks or the ability to quickly build relationships within the construction and infrastructure sector
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and connect people to employment opportunities
  • Show strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $103,815.00 - $125,958.00
