  • Fixed term, full-time opportunity to August 2027, based at Te Kaika Service Centre

 

We are looking for two highly organised and proactive Administration Officers to join our team. If you enjoy supporting others, take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment – this could be the role for you.

 

About the role | Mō te tūnga

 

In this busy and varied role, you will deliver high quality administrative support that enables managers and teams to operate effectively and deliver services to our clients.

 

You will provide day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative functions, helping to keep the site running efficiently. This includes coordinating meetings and bookings, supporting travel and logistics, managing correspondence, maintaining systems and processes, and assisting with site services and supplies.

 

You will also contribute to key operational areas such as health and safety, finance support, fleet coordination, and general site administration.

You will also bring:

 

  • Proven experience providing administrative support, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to work to deadlines and remain effective in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the initiative to identify and improve processes
  • Strong relationship management skills and a collaborative working style
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting diverse communities
  • A valid Restricted or Full New Zealand Driver Licence
