Programme Coordinator | Albany and Orewa Service Centres

•    Salary range: B04 $69,519.00 to $84,041.00
•    Permanent Full-Time Role

 

Co-location: This role is based across both the Albany and Orewa Service Centres.

 

We’re looking for a Programme Coordinator who excels at building relationships, is results-driven, and brings energy and enthusiasm to the role. In this co-located position, you’ll work across both sites to connect clients with training programmes tailored to their individual needs—contributing to stronger employment outcomes and positive community impact.

 

 

What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana 

 

 

•    Keep frontline staff informed about training opportunities and ensure participation numbers and deadlines are met for existing contracts.
•    Work closely with clients to identify suitable training programmes.
•    Champion the skills gap report and collaborate with others in the region to coordinate programme referrals and facilitate relationships between multiple sites and training providers.
•    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programmes and outcomes. 
 

 

What you'll need to succeed | Ko ngā mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitū

 

 

•    Strong relationship management and communication skills.
•    Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
•    Effective planning and organisational skills.
•    An understanding of how to record and analyse information.

 

 

A minimum of a Restricted NZ Driver License is essential, as is the ability to travel around the Auckland North West region.
