Te āhua o te tūranga / about the role
In this role, you will report to the Programme Director and be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities related to benefits management. This includes identifying, baselining, profiling, planning, tracking, and reporting on benefits to ensure the Programme meets its financial, quantitative, and qualitative targets.
You will develop and manage the necessary processes and systems to support effective benefits enablement and realisation. Additionally, you will embed and align the principles of benefits realisation within the organisation, fostering a cultural shift towards better benefits management.
You will also lead and manage this workstream, ensuring its seamless integration with other workstreams and delivery workstreams across the Ministry.

You will have strong leadership and strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills and be results-oriented and organized.
You will be a clear communicator with leadership presence and have extensive experience in benefits management and strategic planning, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

• Leading and designing benefit management frameworks.
• Developing and implementing best practices.
• Tracking and reporting on benefits.
• Leading business change projects.
• Managing stakeholder relationships.
Position Description
Salary range: Circa $198k-$262k per annum
