About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

As a Test Engineer, you’ll define test conditions, design test cases, and report on outcomes. You’ll also contribute to business process improvement and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

 

This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse environments, improve business processes, and build strong stakeholder relationships. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Review requirements and specifications to define test conditions
  • Design, develop and execute automated test cases and scripts, mapping to pre-determined criteria
  • Analyse and report on test activities, outcomes, issues, and risks
  • Implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans
  • Use feedback to measure and improve stakeholder management effectiveness
  • Analyse business processes and recommend alternative solutions
  • Contribute to change programme evaluations and implementation planning

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

  • Proven experience across various types of testing and architectures
  • Skilled in automation/scripting tools and defect management systems
  • Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills including written
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $87,614.00 - $106,159.00
