We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking risk professional to lead our Risk Services team at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD).

 

As Team Manager Risk Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our enterprise risk management capability, embedding best practice across the organisation, and influencing senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in risk culture and performance.

 

About the Role | Mō te tūnga:

 

Reporting to the General Manager Workplace Integrity, this role is responsible for ensuring that risk management is integrated consistently and effectively across MSD’s strategic, operational, and programme and project activities. You’ll lead the ongoing development and implementation of robust risk management policies and practices that support MSD’s objectives and ensure alignment with good practice.

 

You’ll provide high-quality, independent risk advice to senior leaders, including the Chief Executive and Leadership Team, and work across the organisation to build strong and influential relationships that support risk maturity and awareness.

Salary range | Utu-ā-tau: $141,109.00 - $175,603.00
