We are seeking a Support Officer who experienced with providing high-quality administrative support to a team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy, attaching relevant documents, scanning, and inputting information into computer systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining site premises and equipment and ordering stationery and supplies.

 

As part of a dynamic and experienced team, you will contribute to achieving the unit's targets and outcomes. You’ll have opportunities to suggest improvements to administrative systems and procedures, as well as play an integral role in supporting site events and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

What you’ll need to succeed | Ko tō āhua

 

We are looking for a Support Officer with the following skills and qualities:

 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to quickly navigate through various programs, including word processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of spelling and grammar proficiency.
  • The ability to read and understand information with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High levels of initiative, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong time management skills, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
