We’re seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Coordinator to join our busy Workplace Services team and play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the function. This role is central to keeping things running smoothly by providing practical, responsive support across property and finance related activities.
About the role | Mō te tūnga
In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for property related queries and provide hands on coordination and administrative support to the Workplace Services team. You’ll help ensure our daily activities are well organised, information is accurate and accessible, and the team has the processes and support it needs to deliver effectively.
With a varied and active work programme, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, supporting others and keeping on top of day to day tasks while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key focus areas of the role include:
- Providing day to day administrative and operational support to the team
- Coordinating and maintaining electronic filing and information management systems
- Supporting reporting requirements and responses to information requests
- Identifying and contributing to improvements in systems, processes, and ways of working
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- As required, assisting with the tracking of work programmes and project activity.
This is a permanent, full time role, based at our National Office in Wellington’s CBD.
About you | Mōu
We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator preferably with experience in a commercial property, asset, or facilities management environment, who enjoys being a reliable support to others.
You’ll bring:
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Confidence working with data and reporting, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- An understanding of project and/or property financial management
- A customer focused mindset and a collaborative approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and keep things moving in a fast paced environment.
You’ll understand the important role workplaces play in enabling people to do their best work and will take pride in supporting a large and complex organisation through strong everyday delivery.
There is great scope to make this role your own and grow it over time, while remaining closely connected to the day to day needs of the team.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $69,519.00 - $84,041.00
