This role gives you the opportunity to design how services actually work, building something more connected, more responsive and grounded in real delivery. You'll be a part of a team focussed on lifting capability and delivering meaningful change at scale.
As a Senior Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing and improving the processes that underpin MSD’s future operating model.
You’ll work across the programme with Product Owners, SMEs, analysts, architects, and technical teams to map end-to-end processes, identify issues, and coordinate practical, user-centred solutions.
You’ll ensure processes align with MSD’s enterprise architecture and policy frameworks, and you’ll help uplift capability across the team by modelling strong process design practice. Your work will directly support workflow, automation, and system configuration — making this a role with real impact on how services are delivered.
What you’ll be doing | Ko te mahi
• Leading analysis, design, and documentation of business processes.
• Developing clear current-state and future-state process maps aligned to MSD standards.
• Using data and insights to assess process performance and identify improvements.
• Facilitating workshops and fit-gap analysis with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Coordinating end-to-end implementation of process improvements, including change management.
• Supporting workflow automation and ensuring process outputs are usable for configuration and integration.
• Maintaining strong relationships across the programme to ensure alignment and integrated solutions.
• Contributing to capability uplift in process design across MSD.
What you’ll bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga
• Proven experience leading business process analysis and improvement.
• Strong skills in process design, mapping, and workshop facilitation.
• Understanding of BPMN or similar notation.
• Knowledge of business rules and how they connect to processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a client-centred mindset.
• Experience in high-volume service environments and structured analysis approaches.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and process improvement techniques.
