About the Role / Mō te tūnga

 

We’re looking for a skilled communicator to join our high-performing Service Delivery Communications team.

 

We work closely with our operational colleagues delivering services to Work and Income, StudyLink, NZ Super clients, and employers across the country.

 

We contribute to the business achieving its objectives through excellent communications.

 

You’ll be developing and delivering engaging and easy to understand communications for clients, employers, our people, and external stakeholders.

 

MSD’s Service Delivery Communications team is more than just a support function – we’re strategic partners. We’re trusted, involved early, and proud of the impact we make.

 

 

Skills and Experience / Mōu – Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako

 

Working as part of a high performing team you’ll need:

 

•   to demonstrate a successful track record in leading communications in an operational environment

•   a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging communications

•   excellent writing and editing skills across both digital and traditional channels

•   a strong focus on the needs of your audience

•   proven experience in delivering quality work to tight deadlines

•   great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels

•   experience in using a variety of media to tell stories and deliver engaging communications

•   a passion for helping New Zealanders lead better lives.

 

 

We’re looking for a person who is energetic, a team player, calm under pressure and passionate about plain English.

 

Salary range: $103,815.00 - $125,958.00
