Senior Advisor Strategy & Performance

•    Fixed term/Secondment for three months until May 2025, with the possibility of extension to be reviewed closer to the time
•    National Office, Wellington
•    Salary range: $102,533 - $124,402

 
 

Are you an experienced strategy and performance senior advisor seeking new challenges? Well, do we have an opportunity for you! In this exciting role, you will:


•    Lead complex and highly visible projects
•    Provide technical, operational and analytical advice and support

 

For this senior role you will need:


•    Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate issues and concepts clearly and succinctly to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences 
•    Experience in organisational performance measurement, reporting and accountability processes, including the development and production of key accountability documents such as our Statement of Intent, Quarterly and Annual Reports
•    Experience in incorporating data into impactful advice
•    The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work to tight legislative deadlines
•    Great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and work collaboratively.
