Senior Advisor Strategy & Performance
• Fixed term/Secondment for three months until May 2025, with the possibility of extension to be reviewed closer to the time
• National Office, Wellington
• Salary range: $102,533 - $124,402
Are you an experienced strategy and performance senior advisor seeking new challenges? Well, do we have an opportunity for you! We are filling a vacancy following an internal secondment and would love you to join us. Our aim is to be the top planning, performance and accountability team in Wellington.

In this exciting role, you will:
• Lead complex and highly visible projects
• Provide technical, operational and analytical advice and support
For this senior role you will need:
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate issues and concepts clearly and succinctly to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in organisational performance measurement, reporting and accountability processes, including the development and production of key accountability documents such as our Statement of Intent, Quarterly and Annual Reports
• Experience in incorporating data into impactful advice
• The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work to tight legislative deadlines
• Great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and work collaboratively.
