Senior Advisor Planning and Analysis, Wellington


•    Identify opportunities and implement solutions

•    Key relationship management across Service Delivery and the wider Ministry

•    Permanent full time role, based in Wellington
 

 
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Advisor Planning and Analysis to assist the General Manager in providing day to day leadership and work programme management.
 
This is a key role where you’ll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders within Service Delivery and across MSD.
 
You’ll be responsible for providing professional support to ensure the quality of outputs in your areas of responsibility, including the management of projects, practice and processes. You’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote the interests and objectives of Service Delivery and the Ministry.


 
Key attributes we are looking for: 
 
•    Skilled in building and supporting efficient teams, projects and processes
•    Knowledge and experience mentoring and supporting others
•    Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
•    Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting information
•    Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement
•    Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to create actionable recommendations and solutions
•    Able to summarise results and insights into products and tools that are visual, consumable and a point of reference for our stakeholders and users 
•    Knowledge of, and experience in using, SAS/Snowflake SQL highly advantageous
 
This is an opportunity to influence the Planning and Analysis work programme, build ministry wide relationships and provide strategic and operational advice.

Salary range: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00
