About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

  • Based at National Office Wellington
  • 6 month fixed term/secondment opportunity

 

 

The Learning and Continuous Improvement team partners closely with service delivery leaders and frontline teams to create, design and embed learning solutions that improve performance, capability and service outcomes for New Zealanders.

 

The Senior Advisor Learning Design, leads the development and design of high-quality learning solutions that enhance service delivery performance and support a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Working collaboratively with operational leaders, subject matter experts and learning colleagues, the role ensures learning is fit for purpose, learner-centred and aligned to organisational priorities.

 

 

 

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga

 

You bring strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design and continuous improvement, along with experience designing engaging learning for diverse audiences.

 

You are a confident communicator, collaborative in your approach, comfortable working across multiple projects, and committed to embedding Te ao Māori into your practice.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $103,815.00 - $125,958.00
