Senior Advisor, Service Delivery Partnerships and Programmes

- Fixed term or secondment to 3 July 2026
- A leadership role within the Limited Service Volunteers programme
- Partnering with others to improve the social and economic wellbeing of New Zealanders.
We are looking for a people focused Senior Advisor to work within the Service Delivery Partnership and Programmes team.
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with external stakeholders in order to improve the lives of individuals, their whanau and their community.
Relationship management is at the heart of this position. You will be working with client interest groups, government agencies and community partners to deliver programmes and services that support the needs of our clients.
Supporting the Limited Service Volunteers programme will be a key focus for this role.
The successful applicant will be required to work at both a strategic and operational level to ensure that programme goals are achieved, employment outcomes are maximised, and social wellbeing strategies are realised.
We are looking for someone who has
• The proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in implementing and managing programmes of work
• The ability to provide innovative solutions to complex work programmes
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering robust solutions
• A demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement

Position Description
Salary range: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00
