About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

We are looking for an exceptional Project Coordinator to support the Policy Office in delivering high-quality projects and initiatives across the Policy branch.


The Policy Office is central to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient workflows across the branch.


For this role you will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support  work programmes across the branch and system improvements within the Policy Office which will help us to achieve impactful outcomes for the Policy branch.

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:
•    Proven experience in a high-level coordination and multi-project environment
•    Strong secretariat skills, including logistics, paper preparation and minute taking
•    Ability to manage internal relationships and build credibility across the organisation
•    A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering results
•    Demonstrated success in producing high-quality work in fast-paced, complex settings
•    Very good writing skills – clear, accurate, and tailored to your audience
•    Discretion and the ability to manage sensitive documents 
•    High computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and MS Teams/SharePoint
•    The ability to identify risk and escalate concerns where appropriate

 

It would be advantageous if you also have:
•    Understanding of machinery of Government, or a willingness to learn

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $69,519.00 - $84,041.00
