What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana

 

As a Processing Officer in our Wellington Specialised Processing Team, you’ll:

 

  • Assess and process overseas pension eligibility in line with legislation and international agreements.
  • Engage with clients and overseas agencies to gather and validate critical information.
  • Provide tailored support to ensure clients understand their obligations and entitlements.
  • Uphold data accuracy and privacy standards for seamless decision-making and client service.

Hours of Work and Location

 

This is a office-based role. You’ll work 37.55 hours, 5 days per week on rostered shifts:

Monday to Friday: Between 6:55 am and 6:00 pm
