About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

Working closely with Practice Managers and Leaders, you’ll coordinate recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day practice operations.

 

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate information, smooth processes and a positive employee experience across our Technology group.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, interview logistics and offer documentation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring systems, access and documentation are in place
  • Provide high-quality administration and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Maintain accurate data across people and financial systems to support workforce planning and decision making 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and documentation to support leaders with planning and resource management
  • Coordinate meetings, communications and documentation to support practice operations and projects

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

  • Strong experience in administration, coordination or recruitment support roles within complex environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (data tracking, reporting), Word (document preparation) and Outlook (calendar and communication management)
  • Confidence producing accurate reports, analysing data and maintaining information quality
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outputs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Good judgement and ability to identify risks, escalate issues and apply practical solutions
  • Clear communication skills including professional written skills

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $69,519.00 - $84,041.00

 

A salary offer will be based on the preferred candidates skills and experience and our team relativities.
