HR Advisor – Wellington – Permanent full-time position available
- $79,200 - $95,783
Mō te tūnga / About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and deliver high-quality, timely HR advice across a diverse and complex organisation. In this role, you'll support a range of initiatives, from continuous improvement and change management to key people-related projects that shape the way we work.
You'll work closely with managers at all levels, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner who helps drive great people outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for mentoring and supporting our Assistant HR Advisors whilst also receiving the coaching and development from Senior HR Advisors and wider People group to continue to expand your own HR expertise.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in an HR advisory role
• Foundational ER knowledge in disciplinary processes and performance management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Position Description
Salary range: $78,222.00 - $94,689.00
