Join our team as a Finance Systems Administrator and become one of the key players behind the smooth operation of our Oracle finance system.
In this dynamic role you will be the go to expert for resolving technical issues big or small supporting end users and diving deep into Oracle to troubleshoot and resolve financial system challenges. Your work will ensure our finance operations run seamlessly every day.

What you’ll be doing l Ko te mahi
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all financial systems.
- System Interfaces: Monitor and ensure all finance system interfaces are operating effectively.
- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations between Oracle ERP, EPM.
- Month-End and Year-End Processes: Assist with month-end, year-end, and roll-over processes.
- Quarterly System Refresh: Support quarterly system refreshes to ensure systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- System Maintenance: Maintain various system structures and configurations.
- Fault Analysis: Assist with fault analysis, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ticket Management: Manage and resolve tickets related to finance systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- User Management: Set up new users and manage user access in Oracle.
- Change Management: Prepare and submit change requests, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Educational Background: A qualification in Information Technology and/or Accounting, is desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong investigative skills with hands-on experience in SQL. Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes, ideally within Oracle.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.
- Professional Experience: Ideally 3 years’ experience in finance systems administration or ERP support.
- Software Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing finance software systems.
- Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of system configurations, integrations, and data flows.

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
