Finance Systems Administrator

 

  • Full-time permanent role
  • Wellington CBD based

 

 

As our Finance Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for checking the data integrity of the financial systems (including applications, models and reporting tools).  You will also be managing the monitoring and actioning of interfaces and data refreshes within the finance systems. 
 
 
This role supports the Finance Team with General Ledger and finance systems data enquiries.
 
 
Day-to-day your key responsibilities will be:
 

  • Ensuring all finance system interfaces are operating effectively 
  • Reconciling between Oracle ERP, EPM and TM1
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end and roll-over processes
  • Maintaining various systems structures
  • Assisting with fault analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Setting up new users
  • Preparing and submitting change requests, and communicating updates

If you have an IT or Accounting qualification combined with some SQL knowledge and an understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, preferably Oracle, we'd love to hear from you.

 


 

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
