Facilities Administrator

 

The National Office Facilities Services team are looking for a fixed-term Facilities Administrator to provide active administrative support during a transition period. 

 

We are looking for a super organised individual who is passionate in delivering a great work environment experience to our customers. You’ll be part of a cohesive team engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our facilities and workplace experience during this change is above and beyond our customers expectations. No day will be the same, you’ll be involved in assisting the move co-ordination, managing contractors, administering locker relocations, undertaking auditing and reporting to name a few. 


 

Skills and Experience:

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

  • Some experience in moves and relocations will be beneficial
  • High energy, flexible and adaptable, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Customer focused, with a commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Great initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Know your way around Microsoft products (Word, Excel, E-mail) and research tools (internet and database use)
  • Able to work outside normal office hours as some evening and weekend work will be required

 

 

 

Salary range: $58,818 per annum pro-rated
