About the role | Mō te tūnga:

We are seeking an experienced multitasker who loves working within a dynamic team.

 

This exciting opportunity will suit a self-managing professional who is comfortable juggling an interesting and busy workload, can work with ambiguity, and build effective working relationships across the Ministry.

 

Your primary role will be to support the Group General Manager, providing seamless organisation and oversight of diaries, time management, organising internal and external stakeholder meetings and preparing documentation and presentations.

 

Whether you’re arranging travel or booking and organising stakeholder meetings, you’ll do it all with your natural flair and professional manner. You will be a key member of the team working with leadership to foster a positive work environment.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have worked with senior leaders, be proficient across the suite of Microsoft products, with a willingness and ability to work with a range of different products that will increase efficiency and new ways of working.

 

Ideally you will have a good risk radar, can pivot as needed to support what is happening for the business, be great at relationships and have excellent written communication skills. Having creative flair won't got astray either, to support the GGM getting ideas to their audience in an engaging manner.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
