About the role | Mō te tūnga
You will join the Digital Content Team within Service Delivery Communications. The team works across MSD to design and manage digital content that helps both staff and clients easily find, understand and use information. Our focus includes MSD’s intranet and knowledge base as well as public-facing digital channels, ensuring information is clear, accessible and aligned across the organisation.
The Content Designer plays a key role in shaping and managing content across MSD’s digital channels, with a strong focus on improving our intranet and knowledge base so staff can quickly find the information they need to support New Zealanders.
This role is part of a significant programme of work to improve our services. You will use user-centred design, content strategy and evidence to design, write and manage content that is clear, accessible and in plain English.
What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga
- Demonstrated experience designing user-centred content across digital channels, including intranet or knowledge base content.
- Strong ability to simplify complex information and write clear, concise plain English.
- Sound knowledge of accessibility, usability and content design best practice.
- Experience working with content management systems and content design tools.
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
