As a Commercial Oversight Advisor, you'll provide advice, coordination and support across a range of commercial and procurement activities. You'll play an important role in supporting governance board operations, contributing to commercial initiatives, and helping ensure robust processes, reporting and decision-making frameworks are in place.
No two days will be the same. You'll work with a wide variety of stakeholders, gain exposure to senior leaders, and develop a solid understanding of commercial and procurement practices within a large and complex organisation.
About you | Mōu
We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will be comfortable working within established frameworks, managing multiple priorities, and providing insightful advice and support that helps drive better business outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting commercial, procurement or business operations teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to capture, manage and report information to support governance, commercial and audit activities
- Experience preparing high-quality reports, briefing papers, business cases or similar documentation
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to effective decision-making
A working knowledge of Government Procurement Rules and procurement best practice would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
