The New Zealand Superannuation processing unit is a specialist unit within the Ministry of Social Development’s Centralised Services Business Unit. The Wellington based team works out of Kordia House, Willis Street. We are responsible for the administration of New Zealand’s domestic New Zealand Superannuation and related products. Mō te tūnga | About the role

 

As a processing officer you will be responsible for processing applications for clients eligible for NZS or reviewing and updating those already in receipt of New Zealand Superannuation. This is in accordance with New Zealand’s legislation, social security agreements and other arrangements, ensuring an equitable financial support system for all New Zealanders.
