MSD's Benefits Practice is seeking a talented Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team in Wellington.

 

The Benefits Analyst supports the effective realisation of programme benefits by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and evaluation of both financial and non-financial outcomes.

What we're looking for: 

  • Relevant expereince or a recent graduate with strong, demonstrable technical skills in data analytics
  • Advanced demonstrable Excel proficiency, including Power BI and data cube expertise
  • Finance or data analytics academic background
  • Keen to grow and develop in a mature public sector benefits environment

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high-level Excel skills
  • Power BI proficiency
  • Strong data analytics and financial analysis capabilities
