About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remuneration Advisor to join our People Group and provide high-quality remuneration advice across a large and complex organisation.

 

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of key remuneration processes including annual review cycles, market data submissions, and job evaluation coordination. You’ll play an important part in ensuring fair, consistent, and data-informed pay outcomes, while maintaining strong data integrity and delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making. 

 

You’ll work closely with managers and HR colleagues across the business, building trusted relationships and providing specialist guidance that supports consistent application of remuneration policies and frameworks.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specialist HR discipline while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in remuneration practices.

You’re analytical, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and sound judgement are key. You enjoy working with data, translating insights into practical advice, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

Ideally, you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience in a remuneration, HR or analytical role
  • An understanding of remuneration frameworks, job evaluation, and/or HR systems
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and provide credible, well-reasoned advice
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • A continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary | Utu-ā-tau: $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
