Service Delivery Communications provides change communications advice and support, manages a range of digital channels including websites, and manages campaigns and direct marketing to enable the Service Delivery Group to deliver client-centred communications and engagement for staff, clients, providers, government partners and other stakeholders.
About You / Mōu
We’re looking for a savvy and collaborative Advisor to join our Online Content team in Wellington.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing and managing digital content, thrives on stakeholder engagement, and brings a strong technical mindset to their work.
About the role / Mō te tūnga
You’ll be responsible for writing and loading online content, working closely with internal stakeholders, and contributing to a supportive team culture.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll need to be confident managing relationships across the organisation.
You’ll have relevant experience in online content creation and management.
You may currently be working in a contact centre, communications, or digital support role and bring a strong understanding of our products and services.
We’re open to transferable skills and welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate their ability to adapt and grow in this space.
