• Based at National Office in Wellington
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, people focused Advisor to join our Service Delivery Partnerships and Services Team.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our partnerships approach, building strong, trusted relationships with external stakeholders, who play a vital role in delivering our products and services. Together, you’ll help design and deliver programmes that genuinely support individuals, their whānau, and the communities they live in.
You’ll collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to strengthen frontline service delivery, ensuring our services are practical, responsive, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the Ministry’s clients.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience implementing and managing programmes of work from concept through to delivery
• The ability to think creatively and provide innovative, practical solutions to complex challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and influence others
• Sound judgement and the confidence to make balanced, well reasoned decisions
