About the role | Mō te tūnga

 

Case Managers are at the frontline of public service, working directly with people during important moments in their lives. You'll assess needs, make informed decisions, navigate policy and legislation, and connect people with the support and services they need. 

This is a dynamic role that combines relationship-building, problem-solving, decision-making, and service delivery. You'll manage a diverse caseload, work across multiple systems, and collaborate with colleagues and community partners to achieve positive outcomes. 

You'll need to be someone who can think clearly under pressure, communicate effectively, and balance empathy with sound judgement.

You'll work alongside clients to understand their circumstances, identify practical solutions, and connect them with the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.   • Recruitment and Selection process: Longlisted candidates will complete a short video and digital confidence skills test and shortlisted candidates will attend an in-person assessment centre.
