Facilities Management Officer - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Salary: $61,466 - $73,903pa
Reporting to: Facilities Management Lead
Are you a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented property facilities professional looking to make a real impact in our facilities management operations? We’re seeking a Facilities Management Officer to support the smooth running of our large property portfolio and ensure our work environments are safe, efficient, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Facilities management support and services to our large and complex property portfolio.
• Coordinate facilities management requests and manage work through our Property and Facilities Systems.
• Liaise with Property Managers, Landlords, Site Contacts, Workplace Specialists, Health & Safety Specialists, and others across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and asset registers.
• Assist with reporting and procurement processes for facilities-related items.
• Manage rent schedules, Purchase Orders and payments.
• Support health and safety initiatives and ensure building compliance with policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in facilities/property administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Finance and Facilities management systems.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work as a team player and independently.

Salary range: $61,466.00 - $73,903.00
