This is an opportunity to play a critical role in the delivery of MSD’s transformation programme.

 

As Programme Manager, you will contribute to the integrated delivery of MSD – services for the future, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and initiatives.

 

You will join the Transformation Programme Office within MSD’s transformation group, working alongside Programme Managers, Project Managers and delivery leaders to support integrated programme delivery.

 

Be part of a programme that will redefine how MSD supports New Zealanders, delivering meaningful change at a national scale.


You will maintain a whole-of-programme view of progress, interdependencies, risks and sequencing, enabling the programme to deliver against its strategic objectives.

 

 

Key responsibilities include


•    Driving programme planning and supporting governance processes
•    Maintaining oversight of risks, dependencies and critical path
•    Providing clear programme-level reporting and narrative
•    Supporting senior leadership decision making on priorities and trade-offs
•    Monitoring delivery performance and ensuring successful transition to business as usual

 

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:

 

•    Proven programme management experience in a large Transformation programme
•    Understanding of technology, business change, and design concepts
•    Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments 
•    Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
•    Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
•    Experience managing risks, dependencies and programme performance
