Permanent full time position available
The StudyLink Outreach Officer provides students face to face services, information and advice on their options and entitlements, assist with their application process and interviews for special/ extra help applications. In this key role you will be responsible for responding to enquiries and resolving issues by email, phone, and face to face ensuring the delivery of appropriate outcomes to meet client needs. This role will also see you promoting StudyLink and providing information and advice to wider audiences at expos and career events.

- Passion for helping others
- Familiarity with the Tertiary Education Strategy.
- Excellent track record of building and maintaining relationships with external partners
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written including the ability to deliver presentations

Position Description
Salary range: $60,707.00 - $72,990.00
