About the Team
 
The National Accounting Centre (NAC) are the shared services centre for the Ministry of Social Development and the Social Investment Agency.
 
We are responsible for the provision of a wide range of corporate and support services for all sites nation-wide.
 
Our purpose is to deliver modern purchasing and finance functionality.
 
 
About You
 
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and attributes:
  

  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Flexible attitude and a team player
  • High levels of motivation and the desire to achieve results

 
  
To do well in this role, you will:
 

  • Make an effort to listen and understand your customer, anticipate their needs and give high priority to customer satisfaction
  • Have the ability to evaluate situations to identify problems and opportunities in the course of your day-to-day work
  • Actively participate in the development of an effective team environment and culture. This will include a high level of self-awareness of your own learning styles, communication needs and behaviours
  • Be ready to work in an agile work environment

 
 
 
We are looking for someone who can step in and be part of a close knit, high performing financial operations team. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position based at our National Accounting Centre in Rotorua.

Salary range: $60,707.00 - $72,990.00
