Central Processing Officer – Ellerslie

As a Central Processing Officer in our Ellerslie Unit, you will be part of a team that ensures clients receive the right support at the right time. This is a busy, fast-paced role where accuracy and empathy go hand in hand. You’ll be working behind the scenes to process client reviews and applications and your mahi will have a very real impact on people’s lives.
In this role you will:
• Assess and process client information to ensure full and correct entitlements.
• Complete 6 monthly and annual reviews with precision and care.
• Make outbound calls to clients to gather information and clarify details.
• Work across multiple systems and navigate complex processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support positive client outcomes.

Hours of work:
- You will be rostered 37.55 hours per week across 5 days a week.
- Your shifts will have varied start times between the hours of 6.55am and 6:55pm Monday to Friday and between 7.55am and 6.00pm on Saturdays.
- We work on a no surprises basis, with any changes to the roster communicated well in advance.
