Account Manager Corporate, Auckland or Wellington

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to identify and create opportunities to improve outcomes for our clients. 

 

Working as part of the wider Client Service Delivery team, you’ll be instrumental in developing relationships with businesses and organisations across New Zealand to further support our key initiatives. 

 

This role works to identify opportunities for people to gain sustainable employment across the country. You’ll possess a passion for people and business to find solutions for bringing them both together. 

 

 

 

To achieve this, you’ll possess well developed relationship management skills, and have:


•    A deep understanding of the labour market and the employment landscape, and a proactive approach to identifying areas of opportunity for employment
•    A proactive self-starter, with a can-do attitude keen to forge and maintain relationships, and manage performance
•    A solutions focused problem solver 
•    A strong communicator ideally with experience translating information into compelling narratives 
•    An aspirational thinker with strong business acumen
•    Competent understanding of how digital platforms and applications can be used to assist our clients into meaningful employment.
•    Able to analyse information and negotiate favourable outcomes

 

Salary range: $89,622.00 - $108,622.00
