MSD has a COVID-19 vaccination policy that encourages, but does not require, employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and its variants, unless the role is identified as requiring vaccination at the time.

Our Contact Centres around the country are our connection with the community. They operate across Work and Income, StudyLink, Senior Services, Job Connect and Centralised Housing and receive over 140,000 calls a week. Every call is different, and every person is unique.

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are a friendly voice at the end of the phone, ready to listen, understand and provide advice and connect people to the right information and services to meet their needs.

Our teams are predominantly inbound contact centres that provide advice and complete transactions for clients. They support our Regional and Centralised Services across the country, minimising the work needed to be completed via face-to-face appointments or passed on to our processing teams.

We provide a positive and progressive work environment where we all support each other to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients. Our CSRs are supported by a robust orientation and modern training and development approach. This often means they are in high demand for progression to other roles within MSD.
