MSD has a COVID-19 vaccination policy that encourages, but does not require, employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and its variants, unless the role is identified as requiring vaccination at the time.

Our Client Support Services teams process a wide range of transactions to support our frontline teams and clients.

We have units based across New Zealand consisting of centralised processing units, childcare processing, housing, international services, youth services, integrity services and StudyLink. Together, these units are responsible for over 50 different types of transactions including processing new applications, hardship payments, childcare subsidies, medical renewals, annual reviews, temporary additional support and many more.

People working in these teams have fast, accurate data entry skills, good numerical skills, and the ability to quickly navigate their way through systems to provide effective and efficient services to clients.
