Senior Programme Advisors- Transformation Office

MSD’s Transformation Office is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD’s overall work programme, which includes Te Pae Tawhiti programme as well as all other work in Portfolios. The functions of the Transformation Office include planning, and reporting, controls management, assurance, governance coordination, benefits and value management, and investment advice to governance. The Transformation Office also takes a lead role in increasing maturity in of MSD’s Agile delivery approach. 

 

 

 

Te Pae Tawhiti programme will deliver services that are easier, more accessible and integrated across employment, housing and income support with greater use of partnering.

 

 

 

Our Senior Programme Advisor will support the efficient and effective management and delivery of MSD’s work programme and the key goals and accountabilities of the Transformation Office, including associated frameworks and processes.  Your proven experience and knowledge will enable the Director to focus on the critical success factors of this important mahi.
 

 

 

We are looking for  experienced Senior Programme Advisors who can hit the ground running, with proven experience in building stakeholder relationships and working in a collaborative team environment.
 

 

 

A suitable candidate will have:
 

 

•    A strong understanding of how a programme’s strategic direction might be implemented
•    Demonstrated experience and championship of agile working approaches
•    Experience in the development of critical core artefacts that support programme planning and demonstrate programme progress
•    Expertise and experience in the use of programme/project methodologies, tools and principles
•    Proven decision-making and leadership skills
 

 

 

You will be someone who has highly effective organisation, planning and communication skills and be a motivated individual who can adapt easily to the needs of the programme within a time pressured environment.

Salary range: $95,546 - $116,778
