This is an exciting time to be part of our People Group.  Due to new projects and promotions, we have a number of positions available, both permanent and fixed term/secondments.  We’re looking for experienced new staff who can hit the ground running in 2022.

 

 

Senior HR Advisor


•    Deliver informed and value-added HR and employment advice and guidance 
•    Play a key role in in the delivery of HR Advisory services to our diverse stakeholder group as an experience generalist
•    Coach and mentor our team of HR Advisors to grow and develop their understanding of delivering an exceptional HR Service

 

There is one permanent opportunity and one fixed term/secondment opportunity to
31 August 2023
Salary range:  $94,834 - $115,908

 


HR Advisor


•    Support and lead key projects focused on continuous improvement, change management and other exciting HR initiatives
•    Develop close working relationships with managers at all levels and position yourself as a valued and trusted HR Advisor 
•    Mentoring our Assistant HR Advisors to build team capability and collaborate with the wider HR group to develop broader HR expertise

 

There are two permanent opportunities and three fixed term/secondment opportunities to
30 June 2022, 28 February 2023 and 31 August 2023
Salary range:  $71,231 - $87,060

 


Assistant HR Advisor

 

•    Be the first point of contact for all HR queries via phone and email
•    Deliver timely advice and support to a diverse stakeholder group
•    Support our recruitment team by advertising, booking interviews and preparing offer documentation

 

There are two permanent opportunities 
Salary range:  $53,502 - $65,392

 


These HR positions will utilise your proven skills at building strong relationships, coupled with the ability to identify pragmatic and relevant solutions to a variety of people issues.  You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with managers at all levels, creating partnership focused relationships across the organisation.
