About the role
We are looking for experienced generalist Senior HR Advisor to play a key role in in the delivery of HR services to our diverse stakeholder group. You will be providing informed and value-added HR and employment advice and guidance covering a range of people issues. You will also coach and mentor our team of HR Advisors to support their development and understanding of complex HR matters. This opportunity will suit you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you have the opportunity to shape the way we work, and no two days are ever the same.

 

Skills and experience:
As an HR professional within our dedicated team, you will be skilled at building strong relationships, coupled with the ability to identify pragmatic and relevant solutions to a variety of people issues. To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following:


 

  • A high level of experience successfully delivering operational human resource services effectively and efficiently, in a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • A proven ability to quickly develop, foster and maintain excellent working partnerships with stakeholders and management at all levels
  • A genuine passion for coaching and supporting others around building their capability.
