Senior Facilities Administrator



As Senior Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the team across a wide range of tasks and duties, such as: arranging repairs and maintenance, preventative maintenance checks, supervising tradespeople, issuing access cards, writing and maintaining documentation, delivering reporting and auditing databases.


Key to your role will be your problem-solving skillset and ability to manage competing priorities.  You’ll be someone your manager can depend upon and will know that when you say you’ve got it in hand, you really do!  As an experienced member of staff, you’ll also provide mentorship to our Facilities Administrators and provide support to the Team Leader Office Services as required.


We are looking for someone who has:

•    Experience in facilities administration in a modern office environment
•    Experience organising others and juggling multiple balls in the air
•    A strong customer centric approach
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Great planning and organisational skills


Most importantly, you will have a great work ethic, attitude and be a team player.

Salary range: $53,502 - $65,329
