Senior Analyst
Client Service Support
Permanent role, Wellington based
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst for a critical role providing analytical support for the delivery of Client Service Support’s strategic goals.
The role is required to extract data from complex systems for analysis, data modelling/forecasting, and operational performance reporting.
The Senior Analyst co-ordinates and manages specific technical initiatives and issues overseeing their development and implementation, or resolution
About you
You’ll need strong communication and influencing skills to provide, insights and advice within National Office working groups, across the wider Service Delivery network and to senior management.
The ability to present high quality and easily understood visualisations of information is key.
What you’ll do
The role also supports the Operations Analyst team through mentoring to improve technical capability, the development of resources to assist analysis, performance reporting and operational planning.
What you’ll bring
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
• Advanced technical computer and data manipulation skills and the ability to analyse data using the appropriate tools
• In depth experience in analysis of data sources, including administrative data
• Strong ability to translate information and analysis into outputs which are readily interpreted/tailored for the audience needs
• Demonstrated ability to write to a high standard – appropriate to the audience
• The ability to teach and mentor technical aspects of the position to Analysts and lead projects as necessary.
Position Description
Salary range: $95,546.00 - $116,778.00
