About the role 
Based within the Caregiver Recruitment & Support (CGRS) team, you will: 

•    Take responsibility for providing strategic analysis and advice across the caregiver experience and learning programme of work; drawing on caregiver voice and insights
•    including leading change and improvement projects
•    Lead the evaluation of caregiver learning and drive improvement 
•    Manage the analysis of caregiver complaints, compliments and suggestions and highlight opportunities for improved caregiver experience across CGRS and the Ministry 
•    provide support, as appropriate, to ensure the design and delivery of learning for caregivers aligns to the overall Oranga Tamariki approach to learning


Skills and experience:

Preference will be given to those who have: 
•    excellent analytical skills and a high level of experience in design, data collection, analysis, reporting and insights generation
•    proven project management skills, particularly in management of multi-faceted, complex and multi-stakeholder projects 
•    demonstrated understanding and experience in quality frameworks and methodologies
•    a commitment to the principles of mana tamaiti, whakapapa and whanaungatanga and to delivering to our Māori cultural framework
•    the attitude of a team player and the willingness to contribute to a positive, can-do, and results-driven culture
•    a desire to take initiative, innovate, and continuously improve
•    a relevant tertiary qualification
