The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is the lead agency for the social sector. We help the Government to set priorities across the sector, co-ordinate the actions of other social sector agencies and track changes in the social wellbeing of New Zealanders. 



About the Role


The Digital Communications team creates, edits and manages content across our service delivery digital channels (including, and our staff knowledge bases. 


We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated person to join our digital content team as a Senior Online Content Advisor. 



About you - Skills and Experience


To be successful in this role you will need:


  • Proven experience as a web content writer
  • Demonstrated skills in information architecture
  • Great relationship and stakeholder management skills 
  • High standards for accuracy, quality, clarity and consistency
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience
