Senior Change Manager - Oranga Tamariki

Wellington, NZ

Senior Change Managers - Wellington - Permanent and Fixed Term

Seeking numerous Senior Change Managers in Wellington with opportunities for both fixed term and permanent.
About the role:

Young people have told Oranga Tamariki that they want to live in safe, stable family environments with caregivers they know and who make them feel like they belong. Caregivers have told Oranga Tamariki that they need more support throughout their caregiving journey.
To meet these needs, the Caregiver Recruitment and Support programme have established a new Caregiver Recruitment and Support service in eleven regions across the country. They are partnering with iwi and Kaupapa Māori providers to ensure tamariki Māori are in safe, stable and loving care within their whānau hapū or iwi and they’re transforming the caregiver journey from the application process right through to on-going training and support. And that’s where you come in!

You’ll join the change in its second phase - supporting a nationwide implementation of a centralised information system to support our caregivers. This is more than just a system roll-out; it’s a change to ways of working. You’ll get to work closely with a team of people dedicated to ensuring they can deliver on those needs, with a focus on supporting leaders and teams to build their capability.
