The Regional Contracts Assistant works alongside the Regional Contracts Manager to manage provider relationships and provide specialised assistance in the end-to-end procurement and contract management process.

 

This is a pivotal role in the Contracts team and is responsible for writing contracts, managing finances and completing forecasts for Providers, and assessing and paying invoices.

 

You will be skilled at building positive relationships with providers, working with them to maximise client outcomes and contract performance.

 

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure.  You will be experienced in analysing and reporting data.

 

You will be a great communicator and problem solver, with a strong focus on providing excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders.

 

As a key member of the team, you will show initiative by providing advice for the improvement of systems and procedures and contribute to a supportive team environment.  Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of MS Word is essential.

 

A full driver’s licence is required as there is regular travel in this role.
