Recruitment Advisor

 

 

We’re looking for an amazing recruitment advisor to join our passionate and busy recruitment team.  It’s an exciting time to join us - a real chance to make the role your own and mould it as you go.  You will work alongside our team of recruitment partners and wider people group, but very much have your own work and autonomy in your day.

 

 

 

Some of the varied tasks include:

 


•    Provide support and advice on our recruitment process and technology.
•    Provide candidate care to ensure a positive experience
•    Develop training and coaching material and resources around hiring best practice
•    Research market trends and best practice
•    Streamline processes and make improvements

 

 

You’ll be great at managing your priorities and juggling multiple projects.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills will round out your expertise.

Salary range: $71,943 - $87,931
