Programme Office Advisor
We are looking for an Advisor to provide a range of planning, coordination and support services and functions for the Director, Organisational Development and Learning, and the wider team.
This includes providing support for project and programme planning, analysis, reporting and governance and for advising project and programme leaders on Ministry standards for project management methodologies, standards and tools.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- demonstrated experience in developing project-related frameworks and other methodologies, tools, standards and templates
- financial experience in a project environment including tracking financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- great relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- skill using MS Word, Excel, Visio, Teams and project management software

Position Description
Salary range: $71,943.00 - $87,931.00
